Trained operators wear head-mounted rigs configured for the task, working a written task list on live production equipment. The recording carries the timing, interruptions, and recovery of a real shift.

Capture

We record work as it actually happens.

Every session is a recording of a person doing the work, on a floor or at a desk. Nothing is generated or rendered.

Most labs already run synthetic pipelines and they work well. Real capture is the complement to them: it supplies the behavior a generator has no source for, like the recovery after a mistake, the improvised workaround, or the pause while someone waits on an answer.

Egocentric

Capture is head-mounted: hands enter the frame from below, the camera moves with the operator, and the viewpoint matches what an on-robot camera sees.

Contact rich

The recordings hold the friction and give of real parts, and the correction an operator makes when something does not seat.

Failure and recovery

Failed attempts can be retained where your model benefits from them, and a procedure can be recorded end to end rather than cut into clips.

Access

Export rules are tightening.

Two of the largest sources of industrial process data are also the two moving fastest to restrict what leaves. Cross-border transfer out of China runs through security review under PIPL and the Data Security Law, and the categories under restriction have widened steadily, alongside a technology export catalogue that is revised on its own schedule. India is moving the same direction under its DPDP regime. A corpus that was exportable when it was recorded may not be by the time it ships.

That makes export a scoping question before it is a paperwork one. Review runs per jurisdiction and per deployment, and we would rather tell you at brief stage that something cannot be delivered than find out after it is captured.
